Overview

This thesis presents an intelligent sensing system for monitoring raw materials in Agrosuper’s animal feed production lines. By combining millimeter-wave spectroscopy, a conventional camera, and machine learning algorithms, the proposed solution detects material flow with 96% accuracy and 94% recall, improving process monitoring, reducing production losses, and enabling a low-cost, scalable solution for industrial applications.
